Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • ✅ The item received is damaged or defective
  • ✅ The item received is different from what was ordered
  • ✅ The item has a stitching or fabric defect
  • ✅ The item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • ✅ Original packaging and tags are still intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • ❌ Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • ❌ Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • ❌ Items without original packaging or tags
  • ❌ Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
  • ❌ Custom stitched or made to order items

How to Return

Returning is simple and hassle free. Just follow these steps:

Step 1 — WhatsApp us at our official number within 7 days of receiving your order

Step 2 — Share your order number and clear photos of the issue

Step 3 — Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours

Step 4 — Once approved, pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier

Step 5 — Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 working days

Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

Option Details
💳 Store Credit Added to your Oriana account instantly
🔄 Exchange Replaced with same or different item
💰 Refund Returned to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa within 5 to 7 working days

Shipping Charges on Returns

  • If the return is due to our error — damaged, wrong or defective item — we will bear the full shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issue — the customer will bear the return shipping charges

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Size exchanges are welcome — simply mention your required size when contacting us

Important Notes

  • Please do not return items without prior approval from our team
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
  • Oriana.pk reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions
  • We ship only within Pakistan — international returns are not applicable
