  • Oriana.pk is an online fashion store operating exclusively within Pakistan
  • We sell premium stitched and ready to wear clothing for women and men
  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under parental supervision
  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice

2. Products & Pricing

  • All product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes — slight colour variation may occur due to screen settings
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, fabric details and sizing information
  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification
  • We accept the following payment methods:

  • Oriana.pk reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected
  • You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is placed

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Oriana.pk delivers only within Pakistan
  • Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days
  • Express delivery is available in select cities
  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000
  • Delivery charges apply on orders below Rs. 3,000
  • Oriana.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
  • Returns due to damage or wrong item — shipping cost borne by Oriana.pk
  • Returns due to sizing or change of mind — shipping cost borne by customer
  • Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details
  • Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number
  • COD orders cancelled after dispatch may result in a blacklisting of future COD privileges

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Oriana.pk, you agree to:

  • ✅ Provide accurate and complete delivery information
  • ✅ Be available to receive your order on delivery
  • ✅ Not misuse our return or refund policy
  • ✅ Not place fake orders — repeated fake or unaccepted COD orders may result in account suspension

  • ✅ Use our website for lawful purposes only

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Oriana.pk including images, logos, text, designs and graphics are the exclusive property of Oriana.pk
  • You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content from our website without written permission
  • Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo or content will result in legal action

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Oriana.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
  • We do not guarantee that our website will be error free or uninterrupted at all times
  • Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed

  • By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy

11. Prohibited Activities
